5 Healthy Foods to Eat When You are hungry.

Hello everyone!! We are One Dream Team again and we all know that when you’re on a diet we get the urge to eat unhealthy foods. However, we bring you 5 healthy foods that can gratify your needs to eat without break up your diet.

1. Fruit covered with chocolate.

Pick your favorite fruits, dice them up. Drizzle with a lot of chocolate,  them take them in the freezer for a few hours, and you have yourself a cool, sweet treat with minimal work.

2. Chocolate with Kiwi

Chocolate-fruit combo isn’t as classic as strawberries and chocolate, but it’s just as great and extremely easy to do. You just need three ingredients (kiwi, dark chocolate, and coconut oil) and also if you want can add nuts or coconut flakes sprinkled on top!

3. Yogurt Dipped Ombre Strawberries

Them we have one of our favorites recipe: Trim strawberries, roll them with the yogurt that you like, and freeze.

4. Almond Butter, Banana, and Strawberry  Jam Sandwich.

Not time? Well this is a new level: swap in almond butter, and add some  strawberry…Yummy! For a quicker recipe, you can also just add some sliced strawberries. Also  the almond butter is rich in protein, and the banana’s packed with potassium.

 

 

5. One Ingredient Banana Ice Cream

Yes, you can have your ice cream and eat healthy, too (Don’t tell this to your doc, ok?). Simply peel a few bananas, move them in the freezer, and let them get freeze  for a few hours, or until solid. Finally, add in your choice dark chocolate chips or strawberries are the favorites.
